Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Colin is a Filipino and Chinese American director now based in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of USC's School of Cinematic Arts with a degree in Film/TV Production. He most recently wrote and directed his graduate thesis film, Manongs, which is now beginning its festival run. Colin's work is specific in detail, while also addressing universal themes and ideas.
